All Campaigns started life as the internal cockpit of a Sofia-based outreach agency running cold-email for a dozen clients in parallel. Every operator there was running the same routine: open the sending tool, scrape the inbox, copy-paste the hot replies into a Google Sheet, ping the founder on Slack, write the call notes on a Post-it that would inevitably get lost.
There was nothing wrong with any one tool. The sending engines are excellent. Slack and Sheets are fine. The problem was the seams between them. Operators were spending more time moving information between tools than acting on it.
After the third quarter of patching this with macros, we accepted the obvious: the workflow needed its own surface. Not another launcher. A control room above the stack.
